Green Smoothie

This smoothie is absolutely beautiful, I am literally drinking it as I am writing this.  It is naturally sweet, cleansing, invigorating, grounding, and well balanced. Enjoy!

  •  1 carrot
  •  2/3 Lebanese cucumber
  •  3/4 lime
  •  5 mint leaves
  •  1/2 handful of flat parsley
  •  5 kale leaves
  •  1 dessert spoon coconut oil
  •  1 dessert spoon liquid chlorophyll
  •  1 dessert spoon Sunwarrior Ormus Super Greens
  •  coconut water

 

Blend all ingredients together in Vitamix or blender until smooth.
