Xmas Breakfast

Christmas day for most people is a day of family and food. Though your day may be filled with lunch and dinner engagements it is still important not to miss breakfast.

Keep it light, fresh, simple and nutritious this Christmas morning with layers of loveliness and a hint of Sunwarrior super power.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1 large mango diced finely
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup chia pre soaked in the coconut water
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 1 cup of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 table spoon cacao nibs
  • 1 cup of mixed berries
  • 2 serves of Sunwarrior vanilla or natural protein powder

 

Method:

  1. Use 4 glass tumblers evenly distribute ingredients
  2. Combine banana and Sunwarrior Protein powder
  3. Layer one mashed banana
  4. Layer two chia pre soaked in coconut water
  5. Layer three finely chopped mango with a sprig of finely chopped fresh mint
  6. Layer 4 natural flavour coconut yoghurt
  7. Top with cacao nibs, cranberries, raspberries and blueberries
