A simple CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL 💪🏼🍫
This is the perfect post-workout bowl as it is refreshing , cooling and high in protein for muscle recovery!
To make this, simply blend together:
🍀 2 frozen bananas
🍀 1 scoop Sunwarrrior Classic Plus chocolate protein powder
🍀 1/2 cup of almond mylk
🍀 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
🍀 1 teaspoon Maca powder
Toppings: whatever your heart desires, but I used strawberries, granola, coconut and cacao nibs!🍓 It's seriously that easy! you can even fancy it up but adding your favorite nut butter, Tofu or using coconut mylk instead of almond to make it more creamy! I'm so happy to have gained 6kg of muscle mass over the last two years! Remember guys, weight is just a number and doesn't define your health!! 💙
