Sun Warrior Smoothie Recipes
For people “on the go” looking for a quick meal replacement.
Gladiator
- 1 cup water
- 1 to 2 scoops of Sun Warrior Protein (any flavour)
- 1 tbsp of your favourite green superfood (Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley-grass or Wheatgrass)
- ½ -1 ripe banana
- Your choice of 1 tbsp of flax, hemp or coconut oil
- A few grams of Stevia powder (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Blend or shake well in a shaker jar
This blend delivers a great source of protein and slow burning carbohydrate that will keep you satisfied and energetic for hours.
Dreamside
- 1 cup water
- 1 to 2 scoops of Sun Warrior Protein (Vanilla flavour)
- 1 whole, peeled organic orange
- 1 tbsp from your choice of flax, hemp or coconut oil
- A dash of vanilla essence (optional)
- ½ -1 ripe banana
Blend with ice (optional) to give a smooth thick texture
Chocolate Monkey
- 1 cup water
- 1 to 2 scoops of Sun Warrior Protein (Chocolate flavour)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp from your choice of flax, hemp or coconut oil
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
